Once a consultation has been completed and the Istikhara performed, all payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the time, preparation, and spiritual discipline involved in conducting each request, refunds cannot be issued after the consultation under any circumstances.

Clients are expected to submit requests only after careful consideration. Repeated submissions for the same matter in pursuit of a different outcome are discouraged, as the service is designed to provide sincere guidance rather than desired answers.
